Established in 2019, Teach for Botswana is a non-profit organisation with an objective to cultivate teaching fellows and their students to become effective future leaders, who can achieve transformational change. In working towards accomplishing its objective, Teach for Botswana recruits, selects, trains, and supports promising individuals from top institutions, with diverse backgrounds, to teach in high-need, low-income, overpopulated urban and rural schools, for a period of two years. Our aim is for these promising individuals to embody leaders who will have a lifelong commitment to improving education and educational opportunities for marginalized children of society

VISION

One in every child in Botswana will receive quality education that will enable them to reach their full potential

MISSION

Teach for Botswana is focused on building a network of transformational leaders to combat inequities in education by ensuring that all children reach their full potential.
