Teach for Botswana is a non-profit organization that aims to address educational inequities in Botswana by recruiting and training recent graduates and professionals to teach in underprivileged schools for a period of two years. The program's goal is to improve access to quality education and to create a pipeline of future leaders who are passionate about education and lifelong learning. These graduates empower students with entrepreneurial and leadership skills to become resilient, self- reliant, and compassionate change makers with a lifelong commitment in education.
